Vartan (Vic) Korajian
B.Comm., MBA – President, CEO & Director
Mr. Korajian brings over 25 years experience as an international financial and marketing consultant, a corporate founder and manager of a number of private Canadian and international businesses. Vic brings extensive relevant experience, but his enthusiasm for corporate governance fits with a company’s policy for growth that is centered on a commitment to the long-term success of a company. Vic speaks four languages fluently and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University of Victoria, BC. Canada, an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from National University School of Business, San Diego, CA. United States, and has completed Canadian securities course, directors and officers course.
Alexander Helmel
B.Sc., CISA – CFO
Mr. Helmel is an Independent Management Consultant with specific expertise working with early stage venture companies within the Canadian Capital Markets. Mr. Helmel focuses on private to public market transitions, corporate governance, the development of senior management teams and corporate growth strategies. Mr. Helmel has served as a director or officer for numerous private, CSE and TSX-V listed corporations.
Tim Henneberry
B.Sc., P.Geo – Director
Mr. Henneberry is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia with over 37 years experience in both exploration and production and public company senior management. Mr. Henneberry has extensive experience in mineral exploration and development for precious and base metals and industrial minerals. He has worked in western and northern Canada, southwestern United States, Africa and South America. Mr. Henneberry is currently a Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Sojourn Exploration Inc. He sits on the advisory boards of Broadway Gold Mining Ltd., Canadian Zeolite Corp., Glacier Lake Resources Inc., Quadro Resources Ltd. and Universal Copper Ltd.
Mark Caffary
Director
Mark Caffary is a seasoned business growth executive with over 35 years of experience driving expansion and transformation across startups, turnarounds, and mature businesses. His expertise spans the service, product-focused, and industrial manufacturing sectors, where he has consistently identified and capitalized on high-impact growth opportunities.
Beginning his career as an apprentice in the print industry, Mark went on to found and scale his own media company into one of British Columbia’s largest. A hands-on leader with a strong background in sales development, operational efficiency, and best practice production, he brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive and strategic insight.
Mark has worked across diverse industries, including wine production and heavy equipment manufacturing, offering a comprehensive understanding of product and service branding. Known for his ability to navigate complex market environments, he thrives on creating scalable growth strategies, especially in underperforming or saturated markets.
